In Lille France a facility is in operation for processing Source Separated Organic Municipal Solid Waste (SSOMSW) and providing the renewable compressed natural gas (RCNG) to the City of Lille Transit system beside the facility.
In Lemgo Germany the dry digesters works in conjunction with an existing compost facility
In Hoppstädten-Weiersbach Germany the dry digesters to provide gas to the electrical utility beside the facility.
The Pictures above are of a facility that processes 40,000 tones of Corn and Wheat silage for the production of 5 to 7 megawatts. This facility is set up as a farmer co-op and the farmers grow the crop for a fee and receive additional payback on the energy production.
